MOLIVITA – Refund & Return Policy

At Molivita, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product arrives leaking, broken, or tampered
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged by customers
  • Products returned after 7 days

2. Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 working days depending on your bank
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or product replacement

3. Return Shipping

If the product is defective or incorrect, Molivita will cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect product sent

Contact us to request a replacement.


5. How to Request a Refund

Please contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Photo/video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit/debit card provider
